Plot:
Twelve-year-old Tinja is doing gymnastics, a hobby that her mother, a former figure skater, wants to do. When a vulture flies into the family home and causes a disturbance, Tinja's mother grabs the bird by the neck and tells Tinja to throw it outside. Then, Tinja meets a new neighbor, a girl named Reetta, and her French bulldog Roosa. That night, Tinja discovers the dying crow in the nearby woods and euthanizes it with a stone. He takes the orphan's egg from the house and puts it under the pillow, then, as it grows, and the big bear.
Returning home one day after training in the gym, Tinja discovers that her mother is having sex with her employee, Tero. At home, Mom found Alli in Tinja's room and, forgetting that she was meant for Tinja, shook her hair, hurting Alli in the process. Alli attacked Mom, but Tinja stepped in and Alli ran away screaming as part of her jaw was torn off. Tinja explains that all the recent chaos is because of Alli, and they track the creature. In Tinja's room, Alli overpowers Mother, who stabs her in the leg, also injuring Tinja. Tinja tried to explain that she punched him, but Mom attacked her again, she realized that she had stabbed Tinja, who jumped in front of Alli to protect her. Tinja falls on Alli and dies, her blood drips into the creature's mouth and completes its transformation. Alli pushes Tinja's body aside, her eyes are now fully human and her mouth is healed. He calls out the word "Mother" and gets up looking down on her.
